Yarnies and Swag Store Policies
Welcome to Yarnies and Swag! We’re excited to share our love of fiber arts with you. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our store policies below.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused, unopened yarn in its original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
Needles, hooks, notions, books, patterns, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All custom-dyed yarn and special orders are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a resolution.
Class Policies
Pre-registration is required for all classes. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.
Class fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another person or class date if needed.
If a class does not meet the minimum required students, we may cancel and issue a refund or store credit.
Students are expected to purchase their materials at Yarnies and Swag unless otherwise stated in the class description.
Custom Orders
Custom-dyed yarn orders require payment in full at the time of order.
Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has started.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom-dyed yarn unless otherwise specified.
The Yarnies Cryptid Curation Gift Boxes
Birthday Boxes and Holiday-Themed Boxes are prepaid and non-refundable due to the custom curation of each box.
Birthday Box orders must be placed at least one week in advance to ensure timely fulfillment.
Each box includes a selection of yarn and curated goodies, with the option to tailor selections based on the Customer Preference Form (please ensure this is filled out before your order). Click Here to fill out the Customer Preference Form
Local pickup is available, or shipping can be added for an additional fee.

Shipping & Pickup
Orders ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Local pickup is available during store hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Children in the Shop
We love welcoming fiber lovers of all ages! However, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Any damaged merchandise due to unsupervised children must be paid for by the parent or guardian.
Gift Cards
Yarnies and Swag gift cards never expire and can be used for in-store and online purchases.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
